Victoria Dittmar is a Project Manager at InSight Crime, a leading think tank studying organized crime and citizen security in Latin America. She holds an MSc in Sociology from the University of Oxford, and has over six years of experience researching security issues in Latin America, with a particular focus on Mexico and Central America.
